Our 46 seat Alder Market Café is committed to crafting seed to table menu items with local and organic ingredients. Being local in the Rocky Mountains may sound impossible, but by local we refer to the abundance of suppliers that we have at our doorstep throughout Alberta and our neighbouring Provinces. The integrity of our food inputs is important to us and we think that our customers will appreciate that we are crafting eat-in and take-away provisions with the healthiest and tastiest ingredients possible.
